Inward and Outward Transaction

Hi All,
We would like to announce a few informations regarding the donation account. For Inward Transaction as per today, there is one incoming transaction which is the bank’s interest rate, Rp. 186.00. So at this moment, here is the total balance remaining:

Rp. 1,312,142.00 Rp. 1,162,142.00

And as for today, we have sent an amount of Rp. 675,000.00 to Nyariati as one of our effort to extend our help as we’ve promised earlier. The problem we’ve faced when sending the fund, it was due to the absence of bank account on the destination. So, we have decided to send the money by Western Union in Singapore. What we have done is to deduct an amount of Rp. 675,000.00 from our donation account to our private account. And after that we take money from our pocket for about SGD 82.23 (SGD 70.23 + SGD 12.00) and send Rp. 675,000.00 through Western Union in Singapore. The transfer fee (SGD 12.00) will be borne by us. To minimize the effect of transfer fee, we have planned to send out for 3 months forward, Jan – Mar 2016.

This is the action result of the situation whereby we don’t have access to withdraw money from Indonesian account in Singapore, nor sending Western Union online through our donation bank account in Indonesia. I do hope all of us can understand this limitations.

For Rp. 675,000.00 alone, here is the detail of the usage that was planned.

* We would like to give an appreciation to 15 primary students where Nyariati work as teacher, they will be participating in School Olympics in national competition, we call it O2SN (Olahraga Olimpiade Sekolah Nasional). I hope that they feel encouraged to get more involved in school activities. Each of them will receive Rp. 20,000.00 after the event is finished.

And here is the receipt for Rp. 675,000.00.

And now, here is the total balance remaining as per today, and will be brought up forward to February 2016:

Rp. 637,142.00 Rp. 487,142.00

So, what we hope in future we can keep continue providing fund help to the needy students out there!

UPDATE:

I am apologised that I have made a mistake. The amount above wasn’t deducted with Rp. 150,000.00 for the initial bank deposit amount. The new amount (after deducted with the same amount) is written after it, the old amount is strikedthrough.

This amount is not a donation, just a mimimum fund that has to be maintained in the Tunas Bangsa Camp’s bank account. Bank account is under Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), you can read the specification (in Bahasa Indonesia).
